Free Return & Exchange Policy

It is imperative that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you do not absolutely love the item you ordered, we offer FREE returns and exchanges service. If your hair piece is equipped with lace, please do not cut the lace, make sure the piece is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging and shipped back within 7 days.

Before shipping the item back and to expedite processing, please email us first, to confirm the shipping address, as the sender’s address on your package may not be the same as the return shipping address.

Unfortunately, custom-made orders can’t be exchanged nor returned as they we’re crafted to your unique specifications.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours once your returned package is received and inspected and will be directly issued to your original mode of payment. If you have any questions, please email sales@hairtoimpress.net

Exchange policy

Should you wish to exchange your item, please email sales@hairtoimpress.net within 7 days of the original ship date, after receiving your package.

We can offer an exchange without a 10% restocking fee for any items that have not been worn or altered. After we have received the returned package, we will then ship the newly selected item plus or minus any pricing differentiations.
